Cooking methods

Bring a pot of water to boil. Then put dumplings into the pot. After 4~5 minutes, the dumpling wrapper are cooked through, you can enjoy it.
Add some oil in the frying pan and heat it up. Place dumplings into the pan. Add some water. cover and cook on low heat. After the dumplings are gold and crisp on the bottom, you can enjoy it.

調理方法 
平底鍋內油加熱後加入水餃,略加水、 以至 金黃色即可。
水煮開後加入水餃,大火滾至4~5分鐘,待表皮 略成透明狀,即可食用。

熱油鍋至180℃後,放入水餃,炸約4~5分鐘 待表皮呈現金黃色後即可食用。

將水餃置於蒸籠或電鍋中,隔水加熱5~6分鐘 即可食用。
